  TERRIBLE FOOD AND TERRIBLY UNTRAINED STAFF .We had booked this setting for a my father's 70th birthday on May 2016.When we arrived we were seated , and it look approximately 25 minutes for a staff member to take our order .When the food did arrive it was cold and it not have the sides and sauces we ordered .When I went to address my concerns to a waitress , she could not deal with it .So she proceed to carry out my father's birthday cake in it's bakery box , without a candle etc which we had given her .A so called manger arrived and informed us that we had to leave , might I mention some members of the party were still eating , but Conor insisted he needed the table .So I went to raise our concerns and he would not take them on board .It highlighted to us a general poor standard of customer care and a unacceptable attitude .The following day , I rang to speak to the owner Kieran Mc Ginn , I left my details for him to contact me and I am still waiting for a call .We had considered taking legal advice as they completely RUINED my father's birthday .We now just wanted to bring it to the public's attention , how these premises do not value our custom or deserve it ! If I could award no stars I would.
